Before Nick and I had Joshie we would see babies with long scraggly hair. We would think, "just cut it". I'm afraid we've become those parents. We just love his curls. Well, last night in the tub we noticed his sideburns were past his ears. We knew that we had to do something about it...finally.
So, we trimmed his sideburns. As you can see, it was barely anything. I know it's borderline a joke how little we actually cut, but now every time I look at him he looks so much older, like a little boy.
Like a crazy person, I saved his little locks of hair. We make fun of Nick's mom because she saved Nick's umbilical cord. I hope this craziness isn't in the same category. Let me know if it is and I will throw his sideburns away.
