MY HUSBAND....
~What is his name? Nicholas Kristjen Petersen. (I know, weird spelling)
~How long have you been together? We just celebrated our 3rd anniversary.
~How long did you date? First date to wedding date was about 6 months. Looking back I think, "What was I thinking?" It just felt right.
~How old his he? He is 26. Yes, he is about 14 months younger and he loves that. He brings it up all the time. For those 2 months after my birthday and before his he will tell everyone that we are 2 years apart...dork :)
~Who eats more? Nick. He thinks there is some sort of honor in not needing a box. Me, on the other hand, will fill up on salad and bread and take all my food home.
~Who said I love you first? Nick. I felt the same, but it took me longer to actually say it. I'm good at saying it now though!!!
~Who is taller? Nick. He is 6'2". I call his family 'the grove of trees' in all our wedding pictures. They are all tall. He is a homemade step stool.
~Who can sing better? Nick...hands down. And he remembers the words better than me too.
~Who is smarter? Depends. Probably Nick. We both did well in school but I'll give it to him because he did graduate Magma Cum Laude. (la-de-da)
~Who does the laundry? Me. I'm not allowed to iron his clothes and that is fine with me.
~Who pays the bills? Nick. I am in charge of paying our tithing though. (it makes me feel important :)
~Who sleeps in the right side? I do. I think it all started because I wanted to be closer to the window...and habits are hard to break.
~Who mows the lawn? The Mexicans...every Friday during nap time. We still live in an apartment. But, in the future...Nick.
~Who cooks dinner? To be fair I think I would have to say both of us. I try, but I hate it so much. He is a good cook, but I have more time. So, both of us.
~Who drives? Nick. I am the co-driver. He once gave me the job and then started calling me a Nag-a-gator. I only gasp when I'm afraid, I don't do it on purpose.
~Who is more stubborn? Nick. He can be a mule.
~Who kissed who first? Nick kissed me first.
~Who asked who out first? Nick asked me out. We went to Chipotle.
~Who proposed? Nick. SLC Liberty Park. It was late and I was freezing and scared because there were geese on the loose.
~Who has more friends? I do. Nick makes fun of me because he thinks I consider everyone my "good friend".
~Who is more sensitive? I cried through the whole movie 'PS, I love you'. Enough said.
~Who has more siblings? I have 3 brothers, Mike, Ben and Sam and he has a sister, Stephanie.
~Who wears the pants? Depends. Nick wears pants to church and I wear a skirt. And, when it's cold outside I've been known wear pants too. But, when it's hot we both wear shorts. I hate those types of questions. We are a team.
