It's true. We are so excited. Who ever gets their dream house right off the bat? I'm so blessed. We toured all the model homes back at the open house. We loved this floor plan the most, but it was too much $$$ for us. Well, time passed. We were still interested after someone else had a hold on it and fell through. They were anxious to get rid of it and we were anxious to get a good deal. And look, we got it. We found out that they accepted our offer on Sunday. So, this isn't the exact home. It won't be done for a few months. Oh yeah, about the house. It's 2500 square feet. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath. What else? Oh yes, tall doors, a play room and an island.

I'm so excited that Raeanne volunteered me to help you move, ha. That is the coolest! I'm excited for you guys, you're in for a treat. It's the best to have your own home and get to do whatever you want to it, and lucky for you it's gonna be new so you won't be burdened with repairs for a long time, ha, we've had a few.
