Happy Birthday Jana Banana

Good news to all you who have a photo baggie from our high school years!!! I've been to my dad's house and now I have possession of all the pictures again. As I was looking for some nice pictures of Jana (to honor her on her golden birthday) I must have spent an hour looking through many of your baggies. I think Erica's birthday is next and I can't wait to see what treasures I can find in her bag. I found a reoccurring theme as I looked through Jana's pictures. She is an antagonist. She tries to come across as innocent, but the pictures will tell the story of how she drove everyone to the verge of killing her. Enjoy Jana! Pictured is just a normal night at the Acebo household in high school. The picture doesn't explain, but perhaps Michelle can fill in the gaps, what Jana did to her that particular night that left Mishie Moo with her hands around Jana's neck. I'm sure they've reconciled their differences by now. (side note: I'm sure you might think it must be Christmas time because we have pictures of Santa framed in the back ground. Nope. Those were up year round. My mom must have like them that much.)
Pictured is a typical girl's camp photo. (Because who in their right mind just wears boxer shorts around?) Anyway, perhaps Mikila can fill in the gaps of what Jana had done to her that night that resulted in this fisticuffs in my mom's tent. I don't know what is funnier-Milika's fist held high in the air or Jana's look of delight as she egged Mikila on. I'm quite sure these two have not reconciled their differences yet :)Good times.
Pictured yet another girl's camp event. This one appears to be KJL who couldn't take the abuse of Jana this time. Perhaps Katie can fill us in on what Jana could have possibly done to drive her to such violence. Unfortunately for Jana, Katie has a large collection of pictures as well.
I attacked Jana with my Sharpie one night. Looking at the length of her hair this picture had to be taken in high school. The "I love Jesus" tattoo is one of my favorites!!!
And this last picture I post because for some reason my dad really likes Jana. No, not for some reason, with good reason. It's just cute to see them together. It worries me that I can't remember why my dad and jana are posing in our front yard, but that's another story. Jana Banana, I hope you have a wonderful day. You are a good friend and have always been fun and underneath it all, caring. Your boys, and soon to be little girl, are lucky to have you.

7 I've got something to say:

Oh, these are funny. Between your photos and mine, she's not safe! :) Lucky for her mine will have to wait.

I waited all day to see what you posted and what pictures you would find. That was awesome.

Holy Hannah! That was a very impressive collage of pictures. I know this is Jana's day but can I just say that it was nice to see that I used to be skinny, even under 3 layers of clothing!!! Well I have tried to remember the specific occasion you decided to memorex but nothing is coming to mind. I contribute this loss of memory to all of the tramatic experiences I have had with any Robertson (trust me, I could write a bloody book!)The picture is funny and I am just going to throw in that I probably thrashed Rosala that evening!!

I don't know how I feel about this post or these comments! These are definitely not flattering pictures but I have to admit that I was having a good time in all of them. Maybe Angelee has figured me out... maybe I need to antagonize a little more! Thanks for the birthday shout out. This makes me miss the Oroville crew. Love you all.

ps.. I don't think Mikila ever thrashed me... except for the Mole story and I'm sure she wouldn't want to tell that one because though I was the one wincing in pain I wasn't the only one crying!!

Love you Jana. Don't hate me.

Thanks for this post! I am laughing out loud. After our little visit to Oroville this weekend where Cameron and I pondered over how there are no sidewalks and the yards look like there is a constant yard sale, I am full of fresh love for the ugly little town that is so dear to all of us!
