I know it's a gross picture of me, but I wanted to show how much Shom loves to play the drums of his daddy's new Rock Band. I stink at the guitar.
The giant blocks from Santa were a big hit.
I think the only reason he smiled is because Nick and I were acting like goofs...trying to make him excited. I think he could care less about the tree, the presents and all the festivities.We had a very nice Christmas this year. Joshua actually helped open presents for the first time in his life...so that was pretty exciting. We made the rounds to all our family and it was a nice relaxing day. Joshua had fun playing with new toys and I ended the day by seeing the movie Doubt. I liked it, but it was interesting. Yesterday my mom, Jo and I went to a way cool fabric store downtown chico and found beautiful pinks and browns for a baby blanket. I can't wait.

Don't worry Pilar, I think you sing so well, you really don't need to be a dynamic drum player. We will see what everyone else thinks when I post your singing hahaha. You can't hate me when I love you so much !!!!!!
What a cute little boy. Too bad he hates his grandma. But hate is such a strong word... its more like distrusts, avoids, runs from, and hides from. Not actually hates. Of course its a different story if I have chocolate frosting or fudge... Or pancakes.
