THAT'S HOW LONG I WAS ON HOLD WITH DIRECT TV!!!! I HATE DIRECT TV. IF NICK DIDN'T WANT THAT STUPID NFL TICKET I WOULD BE SO DONE WITH THEM. NOTHING BUT HEART ACHE. I HAD OVER AN HOUR TO SIT HERE AND DREAM UP ALL THE THINGS I WANTED TO SAY TO THE PERSON WHO WOULD EVENTUALLY ANSWER THE CALL AND SAVE ME FROM THAT ELEVATOR MUSIC. MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED IN ABOUT 30 SECONDS. I ALMOST FELT LIKE JUST STAYING ON THE LINE AND TALKING ABOUT NOTHING JUST BECAUSE I EARNED MY PHONE CALL. I'M STILL A LITTLE MAD. (By the way, if you need to know anything about the digital cut off on Feb. 17 or how to pay your bill online or how to sign up for the automatic move notification just let me know because I heard each one of those recordings about 100 times each now.)

i KNOW how you feel... we just switched our cable because they were awful to us! we hd been with them for 4 years and we wanted to replace our remotes, they said it would be 40 DOLLARS!!! and they were soooo rude. i called the next day and cancelled. they were like oh what can we do to change your mind. i said you could have done that yesterday. lol
I feel your pain... I had the same problem with them a few months ago. The wait time was insane!!
I HATE DirecTV. I feel your pain and left them.
