Today was our 4th anniversary. It doesn't feel like it though. We've have 4 good years that just flew by. Tonight we went to dinner at 5th Street Steakhouse and had the best dinner and creme brulee (pudding with burnt sugar if you ask Nick). You need go if you're local. And as we discussed what we wanted to do afterwards~ the option that sounded the best to both of us was to come home and put bolo to bed ourselves. I subbed both today and yesterday and I've missed being with him. So, we came home in time to read books, play flashlight wars (all it is is a light being shined in your eyes), say prayer, give kisses and lay his sweet head on his pillow. How I love that child. Thanks mom for watching him. He actually blew kisses to her as she left. It's been four years since this day. Crazy. I was happy that day, but I didn't know how happy I would be today, 4 years later. Nick loves me so much. I'm lucky that he puts up with so much. I'm sure there are times when he wonders what he got himself into. I freak out in the car and gasp and hold on for dear life sometimes over nothing, I'm a grouch and say mean things when it's late and I'm tired. I like to spend money everyday and I seem to get sick at the most inconvenient times. He laughs at my homemade jokes and tells me he's proud of me when I accomplish the simplest of things (like showering and unloading the dishwasher both before he comes home at lunch). I know he would like me to make dinner, but he's just grateful when I get something out to defrost. He loves Joshua so much. I can see the love in his eyes. Shom and I are so lucky to have him.

4 years that seems like a long time ago. Congrats, your jacket is really cute:)
awww! So darn cute! It's weird I forget that Chris and I have been married longer than you guys! I guess once you have kids you kinda measure by how old your kids are...at least I do in my head:)
Happy anniversary!!!
Cute picture of you in the woods on your wedding day... great post, angelee. i'm glad you had a fun anniversary. we are all looking forward to how "Mr. Happy" will react to the BIG NEW CHANGE coming soon to his presently uneventful and calm childhood... Watch out Joshie!!! gather your trains in a circle now. the attack is on the horizon :-)
Happy anniversary! I can't believe how time flies. You are such a sweet couple and your baby boy is adorable. Best Wishes for the years to come.
