it's true...

I did it myself. I changed the font on my blog. I've been wanting to and never knew how. So, what does a girl do who wants to learn how to do something? I googled it, of course. I went here and they were such wonderful instructions that not even I could mess it up. At first it seemed way too advanced and over my head, but I just did it step by step and it worked. Then I secretly waited for tons of comments to pour in gushing and going on and on about how cute it was... Ok, well, that didn't really happen, but some of you do want to know. If I can stumble through it, then you can do. It makes me smile every time I look at it. That's all I wanted. Now I want to learn how to choose my own font for the writing. I found ways out there (thanks again google), but I want to choose my own font and I want everyone to see it even if they don't have the font on their computer.
and on a side note. this weather. I don't usually like rain. But, since it's one of the first of the season I'm not really annoyed with it yet. I don't have a plan to leave the house today so we're just watching through the window. I hate when my jeans get wet, I don't like when my hair gets wet and I always worry about slipping right when I enter a store. But (and it's a big but), this is the first time in my life that I am able to park in the garage...how nice is that. I'll never go back to loading up kids out in the cold, hot, rainy, windy elements.
