Happy Birthday Nick

Nick is such a good dada to our Bolo. Joshua loves him so much. When Nick walks in the door his face lights up and it's automatically play time. They play steam roller, "you little mutant", stair jumping, heck, Nick even lets his splash in the tub! I love to see Nick with Joshua because I know he'd do anything for that little guy. Happy Birthday Nick. Joshie and I love you very much!!!

Nick has mixed feeling about my blog. On one hand he hates it, but on the other hand he loves to see pictures of Joshua when he is out of town or at work. So, I had to wait and see how mad he would be if I posted his birthday. I don't think he'll kill me. So, Nick is 27 today. I think he had a nice day, after all we've been celebrating his birthday week so this was a nice conclusion to all the festivities. We had dinner at our house tonight with all the local family: 5 pans of enchiladas (all different) and 4 pies (all different). Basically we had a eat fest, he opened gifts like a ladder, wind chimes and mud shoes and then everyone went home. Now, I'll go clean the kitchen and since it's Nick's birthday I'll probably have to let him choose what we watch on TV and he'll probably make me get out of bed to turn the lights out. He'll milk this birthday thing to the bitter end. It's ok, that's why I love him.
