The room isn't completely done yet. For heaven's sake we are sure taking our time. As you can see, the chair rail is up and we had the electrician out to wire for a fan/light. Now, we just need to buy one. We're getting much closer. Joshie loves his room.

And here is my newest love. Nick and I left shom at my mom's house for a day and went shopping in Roseville. And look what we came home with. Nick is the one who found it. I think he secretly wanted it too because he didn't have to show it to me. But, once he did...I was in love. Anyone who knows me knows I'm obsessed with navy blue gingham in Joshie's room. The whole trim is just that. Gotta love Pottery Barn for kids!!!
