Fairy Tale Land: Joshua loved the train. You can see his little hand and mouth saying, "chooooo chooo".
Nick had Friday off so we packed up the kids and headed to Sacramento Zoo. It's a small zoo, but perfect for a 2.5 year old kid. He loved loved loved all the animals. We debated stroller or no stroller, but we decided to trust him and he did great. He just walked with us and and was such a big boy.
Joshua is the perfect age for this trip.
He actually wore the safari hat we bought for him. He loves hats. We also bought him a little train with animals in the box cars. He was so cute walking along, trying so hard not to drop his train.
Our kid kangaroos. It was hard to get a picture with both of them looking.

The lion was a big hit with our family. I'm not sure who liked it more, Nick or Josh.
