Who invented Father's Day after all? I don't agree that someone should get to have more than one day of "just because" honor (a birthday is enough) devoted to them in a year. Just because they had a child? No, I don't agree. I do, however, believe there are so many good dads out there that do deserve to have a wonderful father's day. And, I believe that there are many good men out there who want to be fathers or aren't fathers yet who step in, love, and deserve to be recognized for all they do as well. (And, you know who you are.) I think saying anything more would be saying too much.
To further continue my rant, I don't like when people nitpick about who's father it really is and and who should get to be honored and who has to do the honoring. As with Mother's Day, it's a day to celebrate all the wonderful fathers in our lives and the blessing they are to all of us.
With that being said...

There are great men out there: dads, brothers, uncles, etc. They all deserve to be celebrated because they all make an impact. At least that's what I think. :)
