I should have known something illegal was going on in the backseat, but I didn't think to look because usually officer Joshua is first on the scene...ready to report any wrong doings by a certain two year old. We had a long day: taking josh to school, the gym, picking josh up, going to lunch, Costco, and trader joe's. We had shoe issues all day...as in, she wouldn't wear any and cart issues...as in, she wouldn't sit down. And in the end, I should have known it was too quiet from the backseat.

A proud little girl.

And then there is Josh. A joy to have around. Pretty patient with
Charlee. Gets in and buckles up all by himself...we've been working on that lately. He has been bringing home good blue notes from school lately. He even got to be line leader. Hey, that's big news in our house. His new love is playing Toy Story 3 on the play station...he's a lot better than I am. He randomly tells me how much he loves me. He is a good reminder to me to be kind to those around me. I've been working on treating him with more respect lately...giving him real answers, taking the time to explain things, speaking calmly and smiling when all I really want to do is be sarcastic. Besides the constant begging to play Toy Story 3...he's a lot of fun.
And he just got a new Sheriff Woody...his old one finally died. Lucky us, this one has 50 different sayings.

And by the way, the Butter Shortbread cookies with chocolate filling from Trader Joe's are quite possibly the greatest things on Earth. We need Costco size of those!!!
2 I've got something to say:
Oh my gosh! That's hilarious (I mean naughty!) You should have sent them home with me to nap after lunch so you could run errands alone! Two year olds huh? Campbell dumped most of her bath water out of the tub and onto the bathroom floor today.
So sorry about the marker! Char lee must have learned that from Elizabeth! She has done it so many times it isn't a novelty and I don't even know if I have a picture... I don't know how she keeps getting the markers, I blame the big kids! I am just happy that she has stopped eating the crayons!
